Submissions

Some development applications allow for submissions (objections), in particular Impact Assessment applications.

Andrews Town Planning can assist with the preparation of targeted submissions which are designed to address the parts of the Planning Scheme against which the application is being assessed. This provides the greatest chance the submission can influence Council’s decision.

Appeals

Submitters and applicants may appeal an adverse decision on a development application. Andrews Town Planning can assist with this process, to ensure your concerns are addressed and provide the greatest chance the decision is changed in your favour.
